Novel reasonable design, practicable, safe, double heat treatment car bottom furnace

As periodic continuous furnace, it is mainly used for heat treatment of big and medium metal or alloy parts below 950^oC air.

1. Movement of car and lifting of furnace door are driven by electricity, so labor strength is low;

2. Advanced composite lining is used as furnace lining to reduce accumulated heat and keep even heating. Comparing with old products, it saves over 20% energy;

3. Electric heating elements are installed on furnace door and rear wall of large car bottom furnace. Evenness of furnace temperature is superior to internal standard and meets specified value of military and navigation standard;

4. Special seal structure is used between furnace door and panel. Loss of heat and gas atmosphere is low, and furnace gas is stable;

5. Circulating fan and air guide system can be increased according to different requirements of users;

6. For the convenience of operation, car can be made to hydraulic or mechanical tilted type;

7. 1200^oC furnace is equipped with special heating elements made of high temperature and high resistance electrical heating alloy, and its service life is long;

8. Self-sealing device of car and furnace is novel, of reasonable design, practicable and safe;

9. Effective sealing measures are taken, and low oxidization device and impervious & anti-brittle heating elements are used, so as to achieve the aim of low oxidization;

10. Two cars are used to access in turn so as to prevent energy waste of empty furnace and save energy.
